Hey Everyone,
Really busy right now with work and design class so I haven't been around to check in.
On plan and maintaining my 190, but today I've been battling cravings. I'm pretty sure some of it is emotional (stress), but I bet most of it has to do with yesterday's compromise = I had to work/assist with our students' graduation ceremony so missed lunch (they served lunch - thought I'd have time to eat so didn't plan an alternative) - as I left the arena around 3:30pm, making my way to the bus I HAD to get some food - stopped at McDonalds (located "conveniently" at the bus stop - damn!) and got two of their grilled chicken snack wraps - I took the chicken out of one wrap and added it to the other - with the other I tore away most of the tortilla wrap, leaving only enough (1/4?) to hold the two grilled chickens, lettuce, cheese and ranch dressing... so... 1/4 of a wrap and what ever sugar they process their chicken breasts in. I NEVER go to McDs but didn't really have a choice - I needed to eat. Since then I've been totally on plan (very few carbs, actually - trying to make up for my emergency food expedition), but like I said... experiencing cravings today. This morning I actually went IN to Tim Hortons (a donut/coffee place here in Canada) to look at the TimBits (donut holes)! Fortunately the NO in my head won out!!
I've written a whole lot more then I intended - I guess I'm avoiding my design class homework!! I'd better get to it...
