    Becki, I still love your posts. Do you have a journal? I should check it out. I'm sure I'd enjoy it. I just try not to venture too far away from STAC or I end up po'd and that's not good.

      kmrsail~ Hurray for the 85% you were OP. Low-carbing it really does cut out the cravings. I've found that when I go "off" I feel that same kind of "ravenous" feeling ... All the more motivation.

      rajenki~ Bookin' it! Way to GO!!! Glad you found a trainer you can love. The pain after exercise is the best pain e.v.e.r.

      ChristyAL~ Exciting about the textbooks. Hoping that your enjoying school.

      Laura~ Exercise tends to stall me as well. Something about muscle weighing more than fat, blah blah blah. My body feels great, but my head freaks out when the number on the scale goes up.

      Had a bit of a rough day Mon/Tue and ended up going "off" a bit: popcorn and crackers. But it's back on today with a vengeance. I just feel too good when I'm "on" not to notice it.

      The scale is a bit stuck, but alas, what should I expect after being off? I also did a kickboxing workout last night, so that might have something to do with it.

      Hoping that everyone's "on"!
