hi all, i have been on atkins for a few months and been doing good, but then i hit a wall. i was not losing then i changed my food. I "shocked" the body and ate carbs. Started back on atkins and doing good, then i have been having a hard time staying on it. Does anyone have any suguestions? I know my body does much better being carb free but I am getting frusterated. I have a lot of weight to lose and I feel its too early to be agervated with it, ya know.
