  • On the Go Suggestions

Hey guys. Its been along time since ive been on the forum boards and a long time off of akins. Im thinking about going back to the atkins lifestyles.

The only problem is that my new job requires a lot of travelling time and its shift work and very inconsistant. i do not have time to be making meat everynight especially because my work does not always have a microwave to reheat.

I was wondering what suggestion you could make that i could maintain an atkins lifestyle without the stress of having to make food every single day.
    Any advice is helpful
    Thanks

One of the guys on the boards is a trucker...try searching for 'truck' and I bet you'll find his posts...he's doing this *successfully* fast-food and truck-stop style! I'm sure that's not the best way...but when you have little choice, you can still make this WOE work.

All of those are good suggestions, and I also try to keep some almonds, sunflower seeds, and other fiberous nuts for after induction.

Be careful with the Slim Jims!! They have illegal ingredients. I found out the hard way! Here's a link to a post I posted a LONG TIME ago but I thought it might come in handy for you.

On or off the road, this WOE can be successful for anyone. Like anything else, it just comes down to one question. How bad do you want it?
