    Good Morning Everyone.. Since I am up early today I thought I would start the roll call. I had my Horrible headache yesterday and I was at work. I came straight home took some medicine and went to bed. Its still there this morning But what I keep telling myself soon you will start to feel good again and have so much energy.

    My friend told me to eat a cookie.. NO WAY.. I just wish I could be home to deal with the headache and not at work.

    Hi sandy I hope your headache problem goes.It was my bday yeaterday i cheated badly so im back on induction and I feel great away for those awful carbs.

        Today on the fitday website I moved from being obese to overweight according to there BMI calculations. I was down to 220.6 this morning.

        I can not wait until I am under 220, it has been years. I think 200 by my wedding is doable.

          Good Morning!

          I am having a difficult timing getting through induction I have done this diet successfully before and I know I have to do induction and then I will be fine. I keep getting to day 4-5 and then falling apart. I am starting once again today so I am going to spend the day making some recipes that I can freeze and have on hand.

          I ordered P90X which should be here next week so I'm hoping to be through the first week of induction when I start.

          I'm not giving up!!!!

            Good morning everyone. I am present and chipper. This morning for the sake of quick and simple I am have a mock danish for breakfast. Mmmm yummy. For the first 2 weeks I avoided anything sweet at all cost. Now I seem to be doing all right with an occasional diet soda or something sweetened with splenda. I didn't have any cinnamon or vanilla extract but I got thinking: I have those little coffee splenda's that are flavored with hazlenut. I put it in instead of a regular splenda and vanilla extract and it is just as yummy!

            I can't tell you if I down any lbs as my mom has an rotary scale and I am used to my digital scale giving me right down to the .00 whatever number. And, I cherish those half lbs, believe me! LOL

            Anyway, hope everyone's day goes well. Happy humpday!

              Great idea about the splenda coffee flavors. I was carefully conserving my carbs and didn't want to count them with the cream in the coffee (want more veg!) so I'm so happy to find another use for them. Eva

                hi im here everyone!! had so much last night, all atkins friendly but still been looking at stuff i can buy online to add abit of variety into my diet abit more. everything is expensive when it adds up though. saw a old picture of myself the other day and it scared me. I looked like a whole different person.

                  Just wanted to share that I just made Linda's "Beef & Broccoli Alfredo" and had a portion for lunch and it is FABULOUS and I feel so full! I really think if I make these recipes I will be just fine Now I'm excited!

                    Sandy and EW -- HANG IN THERE! You'll feel so much better in just a few days. You can do it.
                    Diva -- Like you, I cut out every drop of sugar or sweet I could find at first. Someone on this board (thanks, whoever it was) told me those things will make me crave, crave, crave. And they did if I goofed at all. But I'm finding that now, on week 4, I had one diet coke two days ago, and didn't run to the candy store. So that's a good thing.
                    I still want to limit my diet coke to much, much less than what I was drinking before -- like maybe one a month or on special occassions. I know they're just not healthy.
                    Anyway, to make a long post longer! I'm here and purple.

                        Evening all

                        It was my weigh in day today and im down 2lb! im very pleased with this. I have been trying hard to have at least 3 new dishes a week, so i wont get bored. I love Lindas website, there is so many things to make, im excited to try them all! Tonite i made a spicy prawn cocktail which i had with salad, avocado and mozerella cheese.

                        Has anyone made/tasted the OOpsie rolls? ( i think thts what they are called) just wanted to hear some opinions on them.

                            YAY....on moving from obese to overweight.. guess my goal is to get to obese first instead of the severe overly obese

                              I have but its been a while.. those that have made them liked them.. You can make a sandwich out of them.. Hmm maybe I should try them again its been a while and a sandwich at work would be easy...
