August is here~~the year has gone by quickly. I've spent the year struggling & I'm tired of it. Have been rereading DANDR for direction & motivation. This statement had an impact on me & I wanted to share. From Chapter 21~~

"Remember my suggestion to continually visualize yourself at your goal weight. Thaink about how much you deserve to look and feel good, to enjoy the happiness, health and sense of well-being that will come with weight loss. Eating healthily is something you're doing for you--a gift to yourself, not a punishment. Value yourself and you'll be able to enjoy and succeed at this endeavor."
