    Good morning STACer's!
    Hoping you all have a wonderful day. DH & I are going to the gym before doing a few household chores. I'm down 2.8# since Thursday & today is day 5 cheat free. I'm pretty happy!

    Mornin All

    I am feeling lazy today... well all last week actually Have my foods on track again after the vacation incident.. lol next up.. exercise, Monday morning I will be back to my old exercise routine!

    I am back to my pre-vacay weight. Could be worse I suppose.. but I have lost any progress I would have made the past 3 weeks, that's the bummer!

    Oz - great job dropping those lbs - and thanks for posting the quote from DANDR yesterday!

    Hope all had a wonderful weekend - finish it off healthy

        Morning! I did the second video this am of slim n 6 called 'ramp it up' pretty sore yesterday... expect to be more so today. Drinking lots of water and taking motrin.

        Getting ready for church, got called into work at 1pm on a sick call. long day ahead.

          Im here and on plan. I had planned to have a rest day today but got bored and did my challenge exercises. Im just about to have dinner of Chicken, salad & buttered green beans.

            Just checking in, its a lazy Sunday and I'm so enjoying it! Planning on fried chicken for dinner tonight, its a meal that my entire family will eat. Hopejoy, Glenda and Cafe sound so ambitious with their exercising I probably I should get moving!
