    Good morning all. The scales are moving, woke up to 143.5 this morning! I hope everyone else is making good progress and that you all have a wonderful on plan day!

        Mornin,

        214.8 this morning. I and making up the lost ground from the wedding.

        I am planning on working out tonight. I was originaly doing MWF as far as working out, but I am going to bump it up to 3 days on 1 day off. Kick the weight lose into high gear.

        I have determined my goals. I want to be back under 210 by the end of September . For October under 205, and for November under 200 for the first time is years (I am talking like since I was probably 19 or 20, I am 24 now).

        On a side note, I don't know what to do with my self now that we dont have a wedding appt. every night or things to do for the wedding, it is quite nice. I can just go home and enjoy the evening with my new wife

        On more side note I forgot about. When I was at the doctors office on Tuesday they had a list of the top ten diseases and how to prevent them. 9 out 10 of the one way to prevent them was 30 minutes of excersise a day. The one that didn't have excersise as a preventive measure was COPD, so don't smoke and excersise 30 minutes a day and you should be good to go, lol

                  Good morning everyone...it is such a beautiful day here in Colorado!

                  I woke up this morning BEFORE the alarm clock! That says it all for me. I am starting to feel the energy that comes with eating healthy. I was able to meet my goals for yesterday (no diet soda, increase water intake, and move my butt).

                  My goals for today are the same plus I want to add in some extra walking. It is 10am and I have already downed 40 ounces of water and am on my way to refill my glass.

                  The scale was kind this morning...down 2.5 pounds! Woot Woot!

                    Good morning all! Lots of new people! How fun! I haven't been here in a while. I took the summer off from the board (traveling and all) and it dawned on me the other day that it ain't summer anymore. Get back in the groove, Kelly!!!

                    I just had some scrambled eggs and bacon for supper! I hope everyone is doing well.
