I am here and still in ketosis, yeah. Planning on working out tonight and then again in the morning. I actually convinced a co-worker to come over and try crossfit with. It should be fun and interesting.
I have decided that I am only going to way myself once a week. Let me tell you those first couple of days were hard in the morning not jumping on that scale. But I have this sense of relief almost because I am not living or dying by what that scale says. I know that I am eating right, exercised, and am in ketosis, so I have to be losing weight. It will be awesome when I step on that scale next week (hopefully with a big weight lose).
So if I were to give a piece of advice that I have learned in my journey so far is step away from the scale. Dont be so OCD and just let the weightloss happen. We all didn't get fat over night, so it isn't going to come off over night either.
