Good morning all, I am on plan and doing great. My waist measurement is 27.5 and my hips are 36. It's really weird because I used to measure that at 125 pounds, and I weigh 142. I guess all of the exercise and protein is really working for me. I've got enough homework to keep me busy all weekend so going to do my exercises and then hit the books.
I have lost 5 pounds 8 times! I need to lose 5 pounds 4 more times to reach my goal!
