Me too!!! I really struggle every time I 'try' to go off INduction. I'm just not mentally ready for that.

Ok, Great… here we go Oct 1 ! First day to a month in Induction

I’m not really sure how to do this but I think it would be cool if we could just let each other know how we are doing daily and any issues that come up!!

        Today I am on track
        I plan to
        Drink 120 oz of water
        Do wt training
Burn 500 cals at the gym
        AND
        Eat right

And my wt as of today is 199 - I will not weigh again until Oct 8th!!

WE CAN DO THIS!!! Good luck !!!!!!!!! J

What about menus? I mean it would help all of us to see what we are putting into our mouths. This way we can help eachother by saying induction friendly or not... Just a thought. Any other rules or suggestions? Granted this is your baby Dewolfe -not trying to hijack or anything.

Crud! Forgot that tonight is a coworker's happy hour! I won't be home in time to work out and I certainly won't have time to make dinner. Good thing this bar has loads of Atkin's friendly food! I'll have to adjust my menu for the day as I go...URG

                    10/1/09
Walked 1 mile on the treadmill this morning before work.
I'm on my 5th -24oz bottle of water! When this bottle is finished I will have drank 120oz which is my water challenge goal and it's only 1:30pm.
Just got back from the gym and I did 20min on the elliptical and 20min on the various weight machines.
                    Food
A handfull of porkrinds for breakfast...lol I didn't have time to cook my eggs. For snack before working out I had a cup of celery. For lunch I am now eating Chicken salad I made with mayo and mustard and 1 oz of cheddar cheese. For snack later I have a cup of bellpepper and dinner will probably be steak and salad or green beans.
                    Happy low-carbing,
