        LOTS OF LOW VEGGIE COUNTS OUT THERE. REMEMBER 2 CUPS FROM THE SALAD LIST AND ONE CUP FROM THE OTHER LIST EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!

            Another migraine hit me. When I got home I actually had to make some meds and went right to bed. Not off to a very good start this week. I haven't met any of my goals and it's Wednesday.

              Exercise: 30 minutes on the stairstepper, 50 sit-ups, 60 squats

                  Jill you eat the most interesting food!! I want to come eat at your house.. heehee... I'm so boring with my food choice... I need to do better!!

                  Yesterday was another really good day!!
                  took my multi-vitamin
                  did my sholders and chest at the gym
                  burned 500 cals at the gym
                  drank 150 oz water

                  B

                  4 turkey bacon
                  2 cup regular coffee with heavy whipping cream

                    L-2 Cod fillets w/melted butter and lemon pepper seasoning, 1 cucumber cut into wedges w/salt and pepper.
                    S-2oz pepperjack cheese
                    D-Steak and shrimp w/ melted garlic and lemon butter, 2 cups lettuce w/ Newman's Caesar dressing.

                    B-n/a;slept in late(very rare that I do that. Usually unable)
                    S-3 reheated turkey sausage links
                    L-Tuna salad on bed of lettuce, pickle, 2oz. colbyjack cheese.
                    D-Hamburger patty w/ spicy brown mustard and low carb katsup, smothered with sauteed onion and radish slices.

                    10/13
                    B-3 egg omelet w/ shredded sharp cheddar, bacon, and jalapeno.
                    L-Finished off the tuna salad finally w/ bed of lettuce, pickle, and 2 oz of cheese again. this time extra sharp cheddar.
                    S-cucumber w/ garlic and onion powder, fresh cracked black pepper and sea salt.
                    D-Made a pot of special green beans. Had a bowl of that w/ 2 cod fillets and melted butter. I'll blog the recipe in the next day or 2 when I get a chance.

                    B-2 eggs scrambled into sausage and onion I had pre-cooked.
                    L-Bowl of "green bean stew" from the day before. Damn good stuff.
                    S-pickle and 1oz of pepperjack cheese.
                    D-large salad w/ 2oz shredded colbyjack, 10 olives sliced, 1/4cup diced vidalia onion, 1/2 cup chopped cucumber, 3 slices bacon crumbled, and 1/2 cup chopped shrimp. 2 Tbsp Newman's oil and vinegar dressing w/ fresh cracked black pepper to garnish to taste.

                    B-1/2 cup special coleslaw
                    L-2 cups "green bean stew"
                    -still to come-
                    D-2 Cod fillets w/ a medium salad.
                    S?-yet to be determined. Maybe pork rinds and lava dip.
                    water- half way through my last bottle to make it over the 100oz hump.

                    My big problem hasn't been my diet, it's been my lack of exercise. I am just going to have to FORCE myself to make the time. Been real busy lately, but that's no excuse. If I have time to watch 4 hours+ of football on Sunday and spend a couple hours a day on this computer taking care of various tasks, there must be time for exercise. I just have to stop being lazy.

                        What did I eat today:

                        Breakfast: 1 boiled egg with 2 slices of bacon

                        Lunch: Ground meat mixed with Rotel and melted cheese. I ate it with Pork Rinds...yum

                        Dinner: I'm making hot wings, salad, and veggies

                        Exercise: Got on the treadmill and finally did something. Walked 2 miles. 40 Squats, and 20 pushups. Tonight I'll be taking my daughter to gymnastics and do the eliptical for 30 minutes. Finally, a productive day this week in the Exercise area. Mama needs to get her booty into gear!

                          I weighted myself this morning but it looks like I am still at 194.5 but my clothes are sooooo much looser on my – I’m sure I’m losing inches!!
                          Took a multi-vitamin
                          Drank at least 150 oz of water

                            tomorrow is a new beginning of sorts for my overall induction stance.

                              Mood: Focused

                              Exercise: None

                              Water Intake: 100oz and 3 - 6oz cups of hot green tea.

                              What did I eat today?

                              Breakfast: 3 pieces of bacon and 2 boiled eggs

                              Lunch: 1 cup of salad with 1 cup of mixed veggies. Plain...I forgot my salad dressing.

                              Dinner: 1 leftover pork chop, broccoli with cheese.

                              Supplements: 2 Fiber pills, 2 chlorophyll pills and 1 Milk Thistle pill.



                              17 Oct 09 - 1st Day on OWL Rung 1


                              Mood: Determined

                              Exercise: Walked 2 miles.

                              Water Intake - 120oz water and still drinking. Two, 6 oz cups of hot green tea. For some reason I'm a green tea kick.

                              What did I eat today?


                              Breakfast - broccoli w/ cheese...I know it's not very breakfast-like, but I figured I would add more veggies this way and I'm kinda sick of eating eggs.

                              Lunch - Subway cheese steak sub with spinach, banana peppers, cucumbers and mayo....I ate everything but the bun.

                              Dinner - New York Strip Steak, 1/2 c Green beans sautéed with garlic, onions, and mushrooms...they were SO YUMMMIE, and a small side salad with 1/2 cucumber and 1 TBS of Italian Ken's dressing.

                              Supplements: 2 Fiber, 2 chlorophyll, 1 Milk Thistle.
