    Good morning!

    Happy Wednesday


    I'm finally getting settled in after my big move, and I'm proud to say all my carbs in the house are locked up in a big ol' bag and not unpacked, and probly won't be unpacked... but, I keep them handy for my little guy.

    I hope everyone has a GREAT day!

    Morning Laura, here and happy. Down to 233 this am, not my low - but going down all the same. Brought lots of good food to work and hub is planning wonderful dinner...it's going to be a great Atkins day!

      Hola! I'm here, but had a bad night last night. Back on track today, though. Plan to try to double my miles today to make up for it. We'll see if I hold out. Lol!

        Here and on plan, the scale is doing its typical dance all around the same few pounds, but I'm due to see a drop again soon, hopefully tomorrow. Have a great day all.
        1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
        2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
        3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
        Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

            Hi Everyone! I'm here and OP. STILL trying to kick what's left of this cold, but feeling much better. It's Day 11 of Induction. I still haven't weighed myself and don't have a set day to do so, but I'll be sure you let all of you know as soon as I do....Hopefully with good news. At least my energy levels are coming back up, so that's a good sign.

            I threw together a delicious dinner last night out of things we had in the fridge. Leftovers for lunch. Haven't decided on dinner for tonight yet, but I have plenty to work with. Drinking my water. Can't wait to work out as soon as this chest congestion is gone.

            I plan to move right into OWL after my 14 days. Anyone know if there's a list on the board of the veggies you can add? I can't find my book...

              Good morning all.... I woke up ravenous and made a 3 egg omelet with spinach, cheese and topped with 1Tbsp of Chipotle Salsa, yumm. All better now and keeping on track. Have a great day
