Morning all
Tuesday before xmas and I have so much to do...such a procrastinator. Will make lists while at work today and hit the stores after work. Hopefully will get the majority done; then tomorrow can be the last minute stuff.
Yesterday was a bust. Angry at myself for letting those cookies get the best of me, but it's over. I will not touch them again. Both kids will be home to collect theirs and I will give the rest away.
Brought lots of veggies to work today and will drink a ton of water. Wearing my pedometer, so will concentrate on lots of walking.

It is very trying around this time of year..there is FOOD everywhere..and most of it we can't have..I was always the one making those homemade desserts..cakes, cookies, fudge, pies etc....(and I don't even REALLY have a sweet tooth!) but I haven't much this year..I did show great restraint making 3 pumpkin rolls!!! I barely dabbed at the filling to make sure I had enuff powdered sugar in it.. I WAS PROUD! So, hang in there and don't let the guilt get to you..it is over, done and forgotten! Have an awesome...Low Carb DAY!

) it will all work out. I'd ditch the scale for a couple of weeks and just be true to yourself about the eating for now...
