    You'll notice that "green beans" aren't on the list either.

    And they are most certainly an Induction vegetable!

      Ok, my BMR, no activity included is 1,820 ... so I think shooting for 2500 - at least on days I work out - sounds good!!

      I have upped my cals the last few days and I still lost fine and my cravings went WAY down, so yay!!
      Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

      Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

      Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
      Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

      so:
      Restart Progress:
      12/28/09 ~ 235.1
      01/04/10 ~ 229.0
      01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
      (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
      01/18/10 ~ 227.4
      01/5/10 ~ 226.8
      02/01/10 ~ 222.6

        Yes I did see that but I thought maybe the website was updated with just 'beets' ... so what 3 cups of veggies do/did you eat in the induction phase?

            yes - any 3 from the book - That is high enough in carbs to get to 15 -20 net cards... which ones of those do you eat?

              Doesn't matter what ones I or any one else eats.

              What's important is how YOU get the 12-15 net carbs.

              What vegetables on the list do YOU eat?

                  HA - you are right Georgiana! the ones I like do not add up to the carb count I am suppose to have - can I eat more then 3 cups to get the count up??
