I'm a second timer and plan on keeping it off. I know we all say that. Day 5 of induction and no weight loss yet
I need to lower my portions I guess, stop eating till Im full or because in bored. Old habits. Eating mostly eggs, meats, small amounts of cheese and veggies. I know it will come off, just frustrating.
