    Good morning STACer's I hope you all have a wonderful day. I want to share this from my daily meditations that I read every morning. I hope it speaks to you.

      Hi Oz yes it speaked to me and will keep it in mind.Day 9 induction no loss today but overall 8lbs so doing great.Ah and Im feeling better aswell.
      Its snowing like crazy thats the downside though.

          Yes is a good thing! I need to really focus on work today, so i'm putting all my positive energy to that...yes, I can finish this project!

          Also, good eating - YES I CAN stay away from all the sweet treats in the next row [a birthday celebration]. It's tough, but I will do it!

            Good morning everyone. Yes! Dh and I started again yesterday. He's a big guy, but even so, can you believe that in 1 day he is down 6lbs??? He said at this rate he'll meet his goal in about 3 weeks! LOL! Of course, he doesn't expect this rate to continue, but we had a little laugh over it. I, on the other hand, am up 1lb. That's ok though. I don't think it means anything.

              Nice post OZ! I am doing more of a yes I can, instead of I hope. Yes, I can stay away from starches like potatoes and chips, yes I can build a healthier me!

              I also wanted to add I had one of those "eggnog" shakes for breakfast today and it was pretty good! Since I'm not all that hungry drinking my breakfast might allow me to look forward to eating lunch!

                    Hello! Present and accounted for!! Nice post Oz!

                    Doing great. Had a slip last night when I had some wine but am moving on. Made some low carb sushi california rolls last night that were AWESOME! My husband was even opting for them over his rice ones!

                    Going to buy a new swimsuit today so I can get back in my aqua fitness classes. Hate not going but my swimsuits are so worn out I can't wear them!

                      Hope everyone is doing well, today! Great positive attitudes, sounds like. My exercise is going really well. I'm very happy about that! Eating is pretty good. I'm not getting enough veggies, though. Need to work on that!

                        Hiya, very motivating.....Im a yes person now too.
                        On another note, if I moan about lack of snow again, remind me how the UK grinds to a halt after an inch....we are expecting about 12-15 inches tonight, everyones panic buying (no meat or veg in Tescos) & half the schools are closed already.....doubt I'll be able to leave the house for days if we get whats expected.....on a plus, we are gonna have a great snowball fight tomorrow.....hope that counts as exercise :0)

                          Yes, I can figure out why I haven't lost weight or inches the last two weeks.

                            I'm glad to see everybody doing well!
                            Started Atkins on December 8th, 2005

                            Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

                            Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
                            Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                            so:

                            12/28/09 ~ 235.1
                            01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                            01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                            (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)

                              Hi everyone! I'm home sick today, ick! Coughing and sneezing makes me have to try to get enough calories and veggies. Anyone have advice on how to get enough veggies when all I want to eat is chicken broth and other liquids? If I had cauliflower, I would make faux potatoes or something else liquidy, but all I have are cucumbers, snow peas, green onions, and celery.
