Yes, you should be spreading them throughout the day, to avoid blood sugar spikes.
You don't write amounts, but are over half of your daily net carbs coming from vegetables?
Did you check your vitamin and mineral intakes in FitDay to see if you're making good food choices?

Avocados are fine, but they are limited to 1/2 a small one (Hass) per day.
Also... it does not count as a vegetable. It's a fruit.
