Are pork rinds good snacks during induction? They say 0 carbs and 0 sugars

Yep, but they're loaded with sodium, so be wary. Also, watch out for flavored ones. They end to contain sugar.

        There's a recipe here: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...y-yay-lol.html

They are allowed as long as there's no sugar added.

As Cleo wrote, they have a lot of sodium.

Other than that, they have a high percentage of glucogenic amino acids... and being very high in protein, they can interfere with fat burning if you overdo them.

They say 0 carbs and 0 sugars
Did you also check the list of ingredients?

This sounds strange by my mom told me about it and it really does help with that craving....get a piece of celery, put a little mustard on it, and sprinkle some crazy salt on it. It tastes like a pretzel, snaps like a pretzel, and....well...it's still just celery!

Give it a shot...your cravings will eventually go away.

Wow there are some great suggestions here.
I am more into sugar, but I think I might give the zuc a try.

              Re: Substitute for Crunchy/Salty snacks

I am working on a ton more recipes now, most of them induction friendly. That just seems to be where I most enjoy what I'm making. I love to cook almost as much as I like to eat.
Jaime you just made my day...no my month...no my YEAR!! LOL I have made so many of your recipes. I actually got my husband to eat the nacho chips which was a miracle. I am stocking up cuz we are some football watching ..snack food eating Saints FANS. ((shh my husband is a STEELERS fan)) anyway thanks I am so checking your blog daily to see if you added anything new. I have you on facebook and just love your humor. I call my kids each others names more than their own and I also call the pet the kids names too.
