    Look at all the STACers, we rock!!!!!! I'm here and on plan. Down again today, but as I said yesterday the Wii scale doesn't give me an absolute number like my digital did, if I had to guess I'd say it was about 207.8 which means I'm only 1 pound up from my low, so I'm getting back to my pre Christmas number.

    It's Girl Scout cookie time, ughhhhhhhhhhhh. I'm not only the troop leader, but the cookie mom, and in a matter of weeks I will have about 2000 boxes of cookies sitting here. Not looking forward to it, its going to be a long 2 months with orders, deliveries, booths and cookies everywhere I turn. Please help me stay strong and resist the cookies, oh how I love a Thin Mint
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

      Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

      Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
      Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

      so:

      01/04/10 ~ 229.0
      01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
      (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)

            I'm here and on plan.

            I'm actually going out to eat this evening and it will all be Legal without a fight. Normally that's not possible in this one restaurant town, but the fire department is putting on the annual Crab Feed fundraiser. So let's see, green salad, artichoke stew (ground beef & artichoke hearts), and Crab with Butter. I LOVE this WOE .

              My wife just tried some of my chili. She doesn't tolerate spices well. She thought it was sadistically hot.

              I'm off to a roller skating party for a 7 year old girl. (I'm going with my 6 year old daughter, I'm not a weirdo).

                      Am here...eating on plan...my feet hurt from all the work I am doing around the house! rofl So I am getting a bit of exercise in...even got a blister! lol I lost 8 pounds in one week so am happy with that. Tonight I am having ground beef with some sesame oil, red pepper flakes and a dash of soy sauce, along with some strips of cabbage, green onion, broccoli, and cauli. Oh yeah, and water too!
