    Happy Monday Everyone!

    I'm a loser again, down another pound. Today is my last day of induction, on to Rung 1 tomorrow. I had a wonderful dinner last night of the slow-cooker jambalaya recipe from this thread: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...-cookbook.html. It was awesome.

    My heater went out last night, so my house is a cool 62 degrees for the minute. This is going to be expensive. It's in the 20's outside, so looks like it needs to be fixed today. There goes my plans for my income tax return.

    On plan....full of flax though and that really stinks!! Ready to juggle four days of work and then OFF for 6 days!! Yay!! Have a great one, everybody!!

        Good Morning!

        I feel really good this morning, despite the fact yesterday was probably one of the worst days ever...

        I woke up feeling lighter... but, I haven't weighed yet... I don't know if I want to actually. I think I'll just go on my feeling and be happy with it.



        So, yeah, I hope everyone has a great day and keeps on truckin'!

          Good morning folks! I am losing some of that weight I put on for the party. I've lost 2lbs already. So I want this to be my last week of induction. Since I was off plan for that day I'm going to make up for it. I want to be in the 160's before I go onto induction. Well I'd like to be in the 150's, but that means I'd probably be induction for a month. I don't know if I want to be on it for so long. But then again it'd be a 17lb loss, and losing the other 33 in maintenance doesn't sound so daunting as compared to 40+.

          I'm not hungry yet, but I have to eat soon because I work at night so I try to get a good breakfast in so I'm not hungry at work and I can eat a snack. The people at my job eat pizza, spring rolls, lots of bread and french fries, so I need to be full when I go there!

            Hello all...I let the scale get to me this morning...up 1.5 from yesterday and I don't know why...well, I think it might have been my "Sassy water"...new recipe I tried, water with slices of cucumber, mint, lemon and ginger root...but it is not sweetened with anything so I don't get it...Not giving up though and eager to get my 20 minutes of WII Fit in for the challenge ( I do an hour anyways! It's so much fun!). Be good everyone and have a great monday!

                Day 12. Have a great dinner last night. Cooked chicken coated in cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, coved in shreaded cheese and baked for 20 min. WOW!! Off to do 1 1/2 of yoga then some fabbing up at the shop. Have a great day everyone.

                      2nd time around

                      Day 1 of induction. Did great at breakfast and already started on the water.

                      Got my podometer on and took the long way into work this morning. Gonna eat a light lunch then walk for @ 20 minutes.

                      I did this before - I can do this again!

                          Good morning. Last night we had baked chicken, broccoli salad and mashed cauliflower. Yum! No loss today though. A post on the general board has me wondering if I need to up my calories. I really don't want to think about calories and carbs.

                            I'm almost a week in and am finally starting to get some energy! Love it. My sweet wife actually packed my lunch today. Everything was induction friendly!!

                              Good morning everyone !!!

                              Yesterday was weigh in day for me, and I was so busy trying to get on the road, I forgot Now I won't have a scale available to me until probably the 18th... Oh well. Just finished all my challenges today in the motel room, and I'm hitting the road again.
