checking in i think i got lost there for a while , been mad here, kids been off snowed in schools closed etc etc not been able to get shopping in everyone panic buying all for a bit of snow, good grief, but alas ive been caught up in it , i have lost 2lbs but strayed so am restart-restarting.....

After 1 week back on track, I weighed yesterday and am down 4 pounds. Am getting back in the groove with the planning/cooking stuff in advance which makes things easier.

Eating as I should, but slipped a bit on the water... i end up chugging 3-4 liters of water between 2 and 5pm cuz i forget to all morning. Also - Truvia tricked me! And it's my own fault... I ran out of splenda, but have some Truvia from my pre-WOL days... so I threw 2 of those in my large coffee... which added up to 6 CARBS!!! I didn't check ahead of time because i ***-umed they had the same content as Splenda (1)... not so.
So - just a reminder people - got to read the labels!

Katrina, I just looked at that the other day in the grocery store. Aren't those carb from something-ol...a sugar alcohol? If so, they might not count, depending on how you react to it. Not sure though, so if somone knows for sure, please correct me.
