    Morning everyone. My son said its time to get up. I dont wanna. Had a drink last night, (gin on the rocks) better than a beer. Going to go and get my workout out of the way and head into work. Have a great day.

    Happy Friday!! I'm up, but I haven't weighed yet today. So happy that it's Friday and it's supposed to hit 70F here today after weeks of 50'sF. Two huge mood lifters!

      I weighed this morning and I'm not talking......very busy at work and not putting in the effort as much as I should.

      Really want to get back to my ticker weight, but it's proving a little difficult.

        Well.. After being super frustrated about my 4 pound gain I did the WORST thing ever!! I ate 2 piece's of chocolate pie. I FEEL LIKE A BIG TIME LOSER!! Nice Nichole! Today is a new day.. I CAN DO THIS!! Why is this time so hard for me? I don't understand.

          Good morning all!

          I weighed in this morning and lost another one. I had the most awesome NY strip last night for dinner and some cauliflower potatoes. I watched an episode of Mythbusters on Wednesday that proved the importance of mechanical tenderizing of beef. It was tender. You do have to be careful pounding your beef (no euphamism intended) so that you don't lose all of the juice (still no euphamism intended). After a light careful pounding, a few hours in a red wine vinegar and some salt and pepper makes it great.

            I'm back. Down .5lbs. I was a slow loser last time, so I didn't really expect any better this time. Good to know tfek. I'll try it next time. I like to marinate steak in garlic and hot sauce, grill it, and put it a on salad for a nice buffalo steak salad. Next time I'll try pounding it first.

              Morning folks! Still here on plan. I'm not gaining or losing, but I still haven't been drinking my water like I should. I bought a brita filter for the water here and it's still gross. So I really have to go out and buy water. Dangit. Bottled water is not cheap and we go through two gallons a day. Even if I buy the big bottle types that goes in a day. I just need to invest in a water cooler.

                That steak sounds pretty darn good. Maybe I will have to have some tonight mmm I am thinking T-bone.

                Last night however I enjoyed Salmon and broccoli and it was darn good. We marinated the fish in ginger, soy sauce, white rice vinagar and it was wonderful. Just the right amount of flavor. I will have to try that one again for sure. Oh the veggie was pretty good too. Cant forget those...

                I am going to step on the WII here pretty soon to check and see how I am doing on the biggest loser.... (think lighter...think lighter) wish me luck.

                  I'm not weighing myself until January 26th... I'm SO tempted to though! I'm going to have to go put my scale in the closet...

                  I feel great today, so I'm thinking that's a good thing I'm not weighing... because I can feel lighter all I want, but if I step on the scale and see even an ounce gain, my day is ruined.

                  So, I'm taking this great feeling and running with it!

                  Speaking of running, I need to get my butt into the gym...

                        GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!! Woke up with the headache from h*ll again this morning...I think it is a new food I added, so I am going to not have it tonight and see what happens. Easy to keep off the scale this morning because the scale where I am presently weighs 2 pounds less than mine and always gets me excited for nothing (liar liar). Anyways, supper at a business associate's house tomorrow night and I am already freaking...I hear it's going to be a sushi theme...Wait til they see me picking my fish off the rice!!! LOL!!! I am going to look like a nutcase! Bof, who cares...I need to get in a bikini in 45 days...that's enough incentive right? DRINK YOUR WATER EVERYONE!!!

                          Here and on plan. I'm now within 4/10ths of a pound of my pre holiday low, I'm quite certain I can be back at it or see a new low by Monday morning if I just stay clean and stick it out. Have a great day STACers!

                            Hi everyone I am so MAD.... I weighed and I am up 5 pounds..... I have to go over my last couple of days of intake. started gym last night so will have to be persistent with it. Have a great weekend everyone.

                              Today IS a new day... don't you forget it...and keep off the scale!!! I am just back from the doctor's...the nurse weighed me and I told her I could not see the weight until the 26th so I closed my eyes and asked her not to tell me. All she said is "much better than last year"...So that was a positive boost and I did not "cheat" on my non weighing in! Next challenge is the Wii Fit...it weighs you everytime you do the physical exam...I might just skip the exam until the 26th...LOL!
