    Good morning everyone. I usually don't start threads but I really like coming here and seeing how we are all doing. I just figured I'd try since no one is up yet or hasn't posted. I feel good. I am looking forward to the gym each day which is a good thing. Hubby grilled some awesome steaks last night. I had those with brocolli and was stuffed. Gonna make some cheezy chips and some of Cleo's induction friendly nacho's for this weekend cuz....THE SAINTS ARE GONNA PLAY!!! WHO DAT??

    So excited!

      Good morning everyone. So far so good for me. I'm down 1/2 a lb. I'm really trying to make sure I do this OWL right. I added 5 net carbs of brussels again, so tonight I'm going to try another veggie. I'm not sure yet.

        I am here and still in ketosis. Down to 214.2, that is a low for me this month.

          Good morning. Finally down a little. Yea!
          Made a sort of beef stew/soup last night in the slow cooker. Radishes! After cooking all day, they are almost like little new potatoes!

            That's what I have heard but haven't dared try it yet!!!

              I fell off the wagon... again... this morning I had McDonald's... yesterday I didn't do Atkins... and it makes me very depressed that I keep falling off...

              I need to get re-motivated.

              I'm not going to eat carbs for the rest of the day... I love myself, and I need to be healthy.

              I'm here, starting over right now.

                You're very brave to "fess up"...Am I dreaming or do I detect a lot of sadness here...Please tell yourself that you are worth it and that you don't need to be putting junk in your body...You are too precious for that cr*p...Take care and don't forget to drink your water!

                  I'm here and on plan. I am UP two pounds today. I went out to dinner last night and had wings at Sonny's. Probably had too many and they probably had a fair amount of sugar in their sauce. My fault entirely for not planning meals very well.

                  I'm hanging out at work today at a mandatory training given by a young man who was probably 3 years old when I started doing the job he is training me on. Life's like that sometimes.

                    Hey T.J. ! I got my hot sauces!!! Now I am scared to use them....Wuss...I know...tried a drop of the kick-*ss in my soup and it was awesome!!! Did not try insanity yet..this weekend!

                      I'm here but have been away for awhile with too many cheats. Been going for cheats in response to stresses. Need to get that in check. Got Wii Fit so have been enjoying playing around with it. Hope to be on track for the rest of the week!!

                        Nichole -The Saints??? Oh that must be the team that is going to lose to the MN Vikings this weekend. I heard about that game... should be a good one. Good Luck!

                        Sticking to the plan... I made hamburger hotdish last night with cauliflower mmm soo good.

                        I am thinking I might just have to try the radish thing. Hard to believe they are going to taste good at all. But nothing ventured nothing gained.

                            Left work early so I can pack for my 4 day mini vacation! Going to visit family who have stocked up on low carb foods for me. Can't wait to leave early tomorrow!!

                              Oh, I so understand where you're coming from. I got an upsetting text mssg yesterday and instantly went looking for food. I didn't recognize it at first. Fortunately, I had left over pork roast so I dove into that. But I can totally see how easy it is to get "sidetracked".

                              Stay strong and keep working it. You'll be glad you did.

                              I haven't had anything but water to drink for the last couple of weeks. I'm getting used to it, but I'm full.
