    Have a great trip Oz Lover, what a supportive family you have.

    Plsmachic, just hang in there and keep coming back each day even if you have one or many slips. I've found in my many attempts when I don't come back and fess up, I find myslef on a very long binge that doesn't ususally end until I'm back where I started. But something about posting every day, keeps it in the forefront of my mindset, I know what I have to do and coming back just confirms it.

    I'm here, and still up 1/2 pound, I have two suspects in mind, the 5 net carb yogurt that I've had 2 of in the last 3 days, and the dill pickles loaded with sodium. I'm going to try to avoid both of those today and see how it looks in the morning.

    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

      I'm here, on plan, after a few hard days of last-minute travel (to take my baby for her first visit with my Grandmother, who won't be with us much longer) and trying really hard to stick to the plan.

      I wasn't perfect - but no real "cheats" either - just didn't have a lot of choices where I was so my diet was on plan but way saltier than normal and I drank too much diet soda and not enough water. Skipping weigh-in and measuring this week while I adjust back.

        Pickles always get me. The good thing about it is that it's only water, and if you lower your sodium intake over the next few days you will see good losses. You are still losing fat while you retain water, so don't sweat it.

          I'm here! On plan! And...thank goodness, I finally made it back home!

          I left here Sunday and came home today....all the while I stayed on plan and I'm so happy about that! Need to amp up the water this evening because I do NOT drink water nonstop when I'm driving 4 hours by myself!

          Plsmachic, we know girl, we know . Get back on the wagon!! We're here for ya!
