    Hey everyone! Smile its Friday!

    So I have to make some LC Snacks this weekend cuz we are a Football household and my Saints are playing. Going out tonite to see The Oakridge Boys. (My hubby's favorite) Gonna eat some boiled shrimp and hope I don't retain too much water. Down another lb! yay
    Feeling great.

    Good Morning! We finally made it to Friday - that means the best day every is tomorrow. I am still one of those people that love to sleep in on a Sat.
    I guess the weather man is predicting 8-12 inches of snow this weekend, can't wait. NOT!

    I weighed in this morning with a 3 lb. loss. Yeah me! That is a total of seven lbs. gone thus far. My biggest challenge will be this weekend... I need to make some snacks and extra dishes just in case I get the munchies.

          Here and on plan, up a darn pound and a half. Although it technically wasn't a cheat, I shouldn' have had that piece of queso fresco pizza before going to bed (but I was so hungry), probably over did my cheese allowance for the day. Have a great day all!
          1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
          2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
          3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
          Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

            Hey guys! Yes!!!! It's Friday . I'm down half a pound for a weight of 167.5. So close to my first goal! I can't wait to make a new goal. So far OWL stage 1 has been good. I'm going to stay on it a little longer before I go to OWL 2. It'll be 30 net carbs...yikes! But if I can still lose that will be great. I really want my maintenance level to be 60 net carbs. I have the Atkins for life and they have great lifetime maintenance recipes. I can't wait to start using it.

              I'm back !!! I've been out of town on a quasi-vacation for the last 12 days. Ate out every single day, every single meal (never thought I'd get tired of eating out, but I did), and even though I usually weigh on Mondays, I just got off the scale and am happy to say I managed to lose a pound while gone

              I probably missed a bunch, but only read yesterdays roll call, so ......

                  I'm here!

                  I forgot to bring my lunch today, so I ended up getting a Jimmy John's Gargantuan Unwich for lunch today.

                  That is the crack of fast food, man...

                        Wow I'm a slacker. I don't remember the last time I posted this late for roll call. It was just nuts at work today and I didn't get a chance to log in. No losses or gains to report, still hanging out between 224 and 226. I bet I'll be in this general area for another week or so. I hate weeks 3-5. I do think I'm still losing inches though. Have a great weekend everyone.
