So I have to make some LC Snacks this weekend cuz we are a Football household and my Saints are playing. Going out tonite to see The Oakridge Boys. (My hubby's favorite) Gonna eat some boiled shrimp and hope I don't retain too much water. Down another lb! yay

. I'm down half a pound for a weight of 167.5. So close to my first goal! I can't wait to make a new goal. So far OWL stage 1 has been good. I'm going to stay on it a little longer before I go to OWL 2. It'll be 30 net carbs...yikes! But if I can still lose that will be great. I really want my maintenance level to be 60 net carbs. I have the Atkins for life and they have great lifetime maintenance recipes. I can't wait to start using it.
