    Hey! Did everyone sleep in this morning!!! Just wanted to get this started! Have a great day everyone...tonight is Italian restaurant for me...Bring your own wine, so I will conveniently forget mine at home...LOL.

    2nd mini-goal: 155 lbs - reached Feb 02, 2010
    3rd mini-goal: 150 lbs
    4th mini-goal: 145 lbs

    Here and on plan. Still 4/10ths of a pound above my low, but I feel 205s are going to be here in the next day or so. I hate the way I loose (steady for a week or two, then nothing for several more weeks), but know it is my regular schedule, I just need to not get frustrated and cheat when I'm in a lull. Have a great day all!
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

      Good morning. Down 2lbs! Finally a reason to love that time of the month!

      I found out about a special deal on season passes at a local water park and so I bought passes for the whole family. I hope I dare to wear a bathing suit by the time it warms up! A good incentive.

            I am here!!! Going shopping today to stock up! I am so excited! I planned to start back completely monday but I started yesterday! My kitchen is half finished so it's a bit hard but I am determined to do it!

                Hello! I'm here and on plan, but I'm up a lb. It was the same from yesterday so I'm at 168 so 8lbs in a month is not bad. I haven't been able to lose weight as fast this time on Atkins, but that's o.k. I wake up and my weight is in the 160's not 170's and that is good for me!

                I'll be excited when the weight in the A.M is a wake up weight of 163-164, then I'll be close to the 150's again.

                  Hi everybody! I am plugging along also. Have been good about keeping myself busy when there are weak moments..........and that is exactly what they are......I stop to think...."is my stomach growling? am I hungry? is it meal time?" and I say no to each so I continue on and go through it each time! a mantra I keep in my head is "If you are eating then whats eating you?". that usually puts me into a frame of mind where I can see I want to eat because I am frustrated about something, or I'm "bored" (hate that word...but it is what it is) or whatever emotion. I need to be hungry to eat.......period! so there thats my game plan! have a fantastic Atkins day everyone!

                      ~4 pounds in one week, good job Tammy
                      ~Theresa, congratulations on diving into the deep end in spite of half a kitchen. Sounds like a crockpot might be your best friend right now.
                      ~And Brightstar, 8 pounds in a month when you have so little (in the scheme of things) to loose is Fantastic !! uh, 1 pound from goal?
                      ~Jae, good job at digging deep into the why's of your eating habits. It's amazing how things can change when you do.

                      I hope everyone has a great day, mine is bright and sunny here (alright, a bit cool at 38F, but you can't have everything). Perfect day to take the dogs to the desert and walk. Yesterday I was exhausted and famished for some reason. I ate all day, slept 11 hours
                      , and feel like a new woman today Off to do some chores...

                          OK, my bad....

                          But still, 8 pounds is 20% of the weight you want to lose which is pretty good I'd say (speaking from the gal who has alot more to lose than you, doesn't cheat, and on avergage loses about 1-1/2 pounds a week ) I guess it's all in your perspective. But you know what??? We ARE losing which is the best
