Happy happy morning everyone! The chicken wings did not do any damage (probably because of the TONS of water I HAD to drink to get them down!) Cloudy and really really cold this morning...Off to the chiropractor's and then work work work...Don't know what's for supper yet but I do have cauliflower, hmmm...Have a GREAT DAY!!!

Here and on plan. Still not liking the scale, but the cheesecake is gone now, so hopefully I'll see some scale movement in the next couple of days. Thinking its time to whip out a whooshie pie for dinner, haven't had one of those in awhile. Have a great day all!1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10

Good morning everybody -- still doing good -- made some awesome beef ribs last night -- made mine plain with salt, pepper and garlic -- made hubby's and son's with BBQ sauce. We all devoured them! I kept it simple for me, just had brocolli and the ribs. Still lovin the way I feel!

Hey all. I feel great and am doing well. Walked for 30 minutes yesterday and rode the stationary bike for 20 last night. I'm making califlower mashed fotatoes for dinner tonight with steak and a grean salad. It'll be interesting to see how the kids react...PBK - M/45/6'3"

Hey everyone, I am back after a short vacation. Not really a vacation, military stuff. I was off plan for 5 days, but only gained 2 pounds. I tried to eat as well as I could, I think it helped. I have 98 days till retirement.
