Good morning STAcers! Here and on plan. No work again today, as they still haven't cleared the weekend snow from the parking lot (nowhere to put it) and we are bracing for the second major snow storm in less than a week. Will spring ever come?
1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight (Next pic at 187)

Hey guys, I'm here. I think I'm going to start at Induction again. I don't know why I can't seem to get past rung 1. I haven't written my actions down in a journal, so I think I'm going to do it now. My husband is back on it with me. He HAS to lose weight or his job is on the line. So he went to a doctor who advocates a low carb diet. He suggested South Beach, but I said I was doing Atkins, and he said that was fine too.
The place he went to suggested he eat 30 to 35 carbs a day. They didn't say net carbs, so I don't know if that is what he meant. But since I do the cooking, he'll be doing Atkins. I think I'm only going to do 3 days of induction, and then go back up to rung 1 though.

Cleaned out thfe fridge this morning. Amazing all of the food that get's wasted since I'm not eating a bunch of junk (the kids have their old stand-bys such as pasta, athough they are getting more veggies now too).

Hi everybody! Happy for these daily check ins. Its nice to see the sun today but it is about 4 degrees outside and a wind chill that makes it colder. Doing slim n 6 today and then run on treadmill for 4 miles. Hope to get a closet or 2 cleaned today also!
