Hey guys! I decided to post since I haven't visited in a few days. I'm back at 155, but that's o.k. I have been still on plan, but I know the culprit. I've been eating lots of beans since I'm on rung 6. I'll probably stay at this rung for a bit because I really like beans, and I want to be sure that I know exactly how much I can eat before I stall or go up in weight. But other than that I've been busy with working so I think I'll be a bit absent because I work everyday until next week before I have a break.
