  • T.G.I.F 23 April 2010 Roll!

    Hey guys! I decided to post since I haven't visited in a few days. I'm back at 155, but that's o.k. I have been still on plan, but I know the culprit. I've been eating lots of beans since I'm on rung 6. I'll probably stay at this rung for a bit because I really like beans, and I want to be sure that I know exactly how much I can eat before I stall or go up in weight. But other than that I've been busy with working so I think I'll be a bit absent because I work everyday until next week before I have a break.

    On plan and giving it a 100%.Enjoying the lovely sunshine today as we have beautiful weather today so making the most of it!

      Hi everybody. TGIF. I finally got on my stationary bike last night and did a half an hour. I'm happy with it. I have to make schedule so I can become consistent. Enjoy your low carb weekend.

          Checking in. Had some issues the last couple of days but didn't fall off the wagon, just fell through a rotted board. But I'm back at it...even walking right past that candy basket full of bite sized morsels of peanut butter cups and Snickers. It's so much easier to "just say no" when my diet plan says "Absolutely not". Just one won't hurt is NOT the Atkins way! At least not for me, not when it comes to chocolate or ice cream. "Just one" leads to cravings for another which leads to a sneaky second which leads to....the wagon falling apart all around me!

          Smart move, Brightstar. Stick with a rung till you know the effects. Pretty much the whole idea of the rung system. Try it, see how it affects you, act accordingly then move to the next.

          Stay strong, STACers, TGIF and have a great low carb weekend.
