    It's 11:58pm and I'm tempted to eat. I'm not ready for bed yet. I'm going to push pass this and not eat. BUT ITS EXTREMELY HARD

    If you're truly hungry, then you should eat something.

    You might try drinking some water. Sometimes we're just thirsty.

            I've read conflicting info on the pros/cons of eating late at night. That's why I didn't. Do you know what Atkins thought of it? I'll try to research it tomorrow.

              I'm not suggesting a meal. When I'm hungry at night, a piece of cheese generally does the trick. Or some almonds/macadamias ... when you're on the nut rung of OWL.

                    In the evenings I have a cup of hot tea. Having something nice and warm in my belly makes me feel full and seems to help me sleep better.
                    I WILL learn to feel comfortable in my own body again!
