Not sure if you want my advice, but I would just suggest using the acceptable foods list to make up your meal plan. Try to stay creative so you don't get bored.

Put a dollop of cream cheese on pepperoni slices and put them in your toaster oven (or broiler) for just a few minutes.

take an 8 oz package of cream cheese and a package of sugar free jello, dilute the jello in a 1/2 cup of hot water, blend until smooth. It's a quick great sweet treat--I like it better before the jello sets up.

I was a chip eater, so I really like doing chips out of pepperoni slices. Just microwave them for a few minutes, and then blot the grease. They satisfy that salty crunchy craving and they're soooo quick. I also make ranch dip with a dry packet of HVR miz and a 16 oz. sour cream. This takes me and my family through the week, I dip celery cucumber, and raw asparagus, they choose carrots. String cheese works, too as long as you don't exceed the 3-4 oz. a day.

Hope this helps, and good luck!
