I can't believe it, I've lost almost a stone in a week. I only "cheated" once and that was an Atkins indulgence bar that I forgot I couldn't have on Induction.
I went to the gym yesterday and did 20min on the cycle, 10min on a treadmill and 45min swimming and then went in the steam room. Tommorow I'm doing and Aerobics class and on Friday Pilates.
Things seem really on track and I'm so glad I've stuck at it and that everything is working. I'm hoping I will not only loose weight but get fit and I'm going to start getting the most out of my gym.
I just wanted to share because it's been so good, I've had no bad effects and haven't felt hungry at all. Steph has been great (Stephbob) and I owe her a lot because she's really helped me.
