I was just wondering how many inches people have managed to lose from their waists, and what sizes you went from and to and how long it took you to achieve. Finally how satisfied are you with you new looks?

Re: Everybodies Waist Success?
I started about 4 months ago with a 43 inch waist... I've lost 7 inches (with my 32-lb weight loss) and am very happy with my new 36 inch waist. I've been exercising vigorously this time-around with Atkins so my inches go down way faster than my pounds.
I dream of having a 29-inch waist. No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

Vigilance, not perfection.

Re: Everybodies Waist Success?
I lost 3 inches from my waist the first week on atkins, some of that might have been from previous bloating. but still it was such a nice surprise.!
