Re: Everybodies Waist Success?
I started out witha 50 inch waist at my belly button on January 8th 2007, on Feb 24 2007 I had a 49 inch waist, not much progress heh? But I started exercising on Feb 25th and measured this Saturday past (March 10/07) and my waist is now 45.5. That is 3.5 inches in two weeks! And one inch before that! So if you want to see a real difference in your measurements thatn exercise is really the way to achieve it! I hate exercise and love carbs, but my body loves exercise and hates carbs. So the question is, would I rather feel good when I look in a mirror, or when I am scarfing down a box of Jos. Louis chocolate cakes? I think you can see the answer from my post. Nothing tastes as good as getting into a smaller jean size!
