I started last saturday at 221. I eneded this week at 204. I lost 17 lbs this first week and an inch off my stomach and who knows what else. 36 more LBS to my goal . ttyl

I ate mainly hamber patties, steaks, chicken, egg whites, and bacon. I didnt eat alot of fat except for the fat that is naturally found in the steaks and hamburger patties...no mayo or extra cheese for me but go ahead and eat it by all means if you want to.
