Thanks, I know I have been down this road before, but this WILL BE the last time. For some reason, this time I really lost fast. I have eaten very "clean" and will continue to do so.

That is incredile. I am 10 days into induction (again - strayed and back very committed this time). I have been so clean I squeak, but not turning numbers like you yet. Great job!
I probably just had alot of water to get rid of. I pretty much just ate meat, eggs and a bit of cheese. My wt loss has certainly slowed though I continue to eat much the same way. Just a tiny bit of carbs each day...im not much of a veggies person, never was...I love this way of eating though. My skin has cleared up, I have more energy, clothes fit better obviously and I actually get to eat more of what I like...ie more eggs, more steak, more chicken.
