absolutely , more importantly i could tie my shoes! seriously the great thing was just having the energy increase that ketosis brings. i never am in a hurry to lose lbs, just inches and get increased energy. i do believe that anyone serious about losing wt will exercise a few days a week, if not every day. sometimes we make excuses, other times we have legitimate reasons or injuries...but now at least i have the energy and drive to do it. gives me hope. sitting on a couch, or in a recliner essentially dying from obesity isnt how i plan to spend the rest of my years. i notice wt loss in my face and belly ...but i am sure the belly with be the last to go.
