I started Induction early in October and so far have lost 20 lbs in two months! :icondance (i even have had a couple of little cheats here and there, I admit, always getting right back on track though.) This is the easiest and most effortless "diet" I have ever been on! I am a former vegetarian and always ate low fat, high carb in the past and was never able to lose the weight from having my sons (3 and 1) even with excercise until cutting the carbs! I plan on making this my permanant WOE. Going to stay on induction until I'm a few lbs from my goal.

Congratulations on your success so far - this definitely is the easiest eating plan to stick to. I wish you even more success in the next two months aswell.Originally posted by Anna7494I started Induction early in October and so far have lost 20 lbs in two months! :icondance (i even have had a couple of little cheats here and there, I admit, always getting right back on track though.) It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
