Hi everybody i would like to share this with you all, started the Atkins 1 week ago and i have dropped 10lbs, i also have cut out all tea & coffee and have been drinking plenty of water i also still have my 20 grams of carbohydrate a day in a mixed salad. and if i'm feeling a little bit peckish i'll have a packet of pork scratchings.
I have tried every diet going and stuck to them but only managed to lose a few pounds and then it gets so frustrating you end up giving up.
