Hey guys!
I totally hope I am not jinxing myself here... But I have broken my platau of staying around 209-212 and over the past week and a half I have gotten down to 203 pounds and I lose a little every day!
It just so happens that this past week and a half I have been doing 10 minutes on my elliptical every day. Another reason for this is I have been very very giddy lately and my mind has totally been off food... Today I tried to eat 2 eggs and 5 links of sausage (like I usually do) And I got so full after only half!
I just wanted to let everyone know that exersizing has made all the difference in the world... Who knew that 10 minutes and a little weight lifting could help so much?!
I will be ressurecting this thread again when I reach my halfway point and my goal weight so look out!
