  • Finished 2wk Induction!

I lost a total of 5.2 lbs! Although it's not as much as some, I am very happy with it and will take every bit of it! I have been doing WW for almost a year now and have lost 25 lbs, but it has been very slow. I have been at a stall for some time now and decided to change up my eating and cut out the sugars. I am still going to my WW meetings, as I enjoy the group support, but am doing my own thing!

These last 2 weeks have not been difficult at all. I had a headache the 2nd day and that was it. I am still having a little trouble completely cutting out my diet soda when eating out, but it has gone down to 2-4 per week, instead of daily. I have switched my daily iced nf mocha to decaf espresso that I brew at home, with cream and sf syrup added. I have always enjoyed my morning drink, so I had to find a replacement and am dealing with it!

This board has been great for me...and I want to thank everyone for all the tips and advice they give!

    So...thank you!

    Amy

              Re: Finished 2wk Induction!

You are inventive and smart about making this WOE and your life compatible. It's helpful to read posts like yours--the "gray" ones. I think so black-or-white and would never have considered doing Atkins plus going to WW meetings for support, or trading in your morning mocha for a espresso with no-sugar syrup. I get stuck in thinking, "No, it's either this or nothing. There is no in between." Thanks for the reminder!! And also, WTG on induction!
