    Dogster dropped 20!

    Hi,
    I`m Dogster from Norway.
    After 14 days induction where i followed all the recipes on `Lindas low carb`web site, moutain biking to and from work, weight lifting as often as i could (I`m a tiler and have a strenuous job) I moved on to OWL. Am on day 6 and weighed myself (I don`t keep a scale at home.) Thought a couple of kilos were gone but, Imagine my chin bouncing off the floor when i saw it..9 KILOS!!
    This is the best I`ve felt in a LONG time so I`ll be around for a long time to come!

      Way to go! This WOE definitely works and it sounds like you're doing great.
