Re: Not my success but a great success.

I sigh when I read posts like this, when I was in induction and had started losing weight my doctor and I went rounds like this , and I couldn't believe how many medical professionals were telling me I was only losing water? well I lost 130 lbs of water then, plus 8 more now... my blood sugar stabilized, my cholesterol droped to sightly below normal and the good cholestrol rose to well over normal, my doctor was so impressed, he started reading and whatchng this very board, now he recommends this diet to his morbidly obese patients, though still he told me he doesn't tell anyone in the medical profession he does it? for fear of confrontation..which still leaves me baffled. but I guess if you consider the amount of money to be made by gastric bypass surgery, maybe thats why? I guess doctors don't want to step on each others wallets so to speak?
