Well, I started this WOL in November of 2007. The worst time! During all the great Holidays. 
BUT.......I did it! I started at 176 and got down to 145, my goal!
So I set a new goal of 140. Now I know that doesn't sound like much of a difference, but the less you have to loose the harder it comes off (for me anyway). I hit that goal too last week!!!!!!!!!!
So I am shooting for 135 now.
I have joined a gym so the inches are coming off even more. My legs look amazing and I have NO back fat!!!!! No bra bubble!!!! Come on ladies, you know what that looks like! 
36 pounds are GONE!!!!!!!!!!
