i have been on this diet for 2 months. i have lost 16 pounds. i started out weighing 355 i am down 298. i got really depressed and cheated for 5 days.now i have too start all over again. i was depressed becouse i broke my foot and couldnt exercise anymore.i hope this doesnt effect ny progress


Do you have any hand weights? Be creative & try to get in some exercise. Lay on your bed & do some leg lifts & sit ups, do some wall push ups, upper body stuff with the weights.
