While there could me any number of reasons for a 4 pound loss in one week, I was quite happy when I stepped on the scale Saturday morning. My only real change was adding Week 1 of the C25K challenge. For the curious few, I limited diet soft drinks to 4 over the full week, and my Ketostix never got past the "light" shade. I only lost .5 last week at the beach where I overindulged on legal foods and had a few light beers during the week. Here's hoping week 2 on the C25K program stimulates more success!

Re: My 4 lb Woosh
I got on my road bike for the first time in I don't know how long (I had to dust off the cobwebs...literally). A friend who rides frequently pushed me to complete 1 hour at 16 mph. Fitday estimates that at 1200 calories burned. Wowzers. Aside from the fact that it hurts to sit now, I feel great!Eric

Nice job, Eric. WOo hooo!
See, now, aren't you glad you started the C25K? Just look at you now! One minute your starting to jog, the next your riding your bike (maybe a inflatable tube to sit on for a few days to help). Keep it up!!~Lisa~
