In 2007 I bought a pair of size 34 Docker pants ... when I was wearing 36s and feeling optimistic, you know what I mean?
But, back then instead of losing I gained, and as of this winter I was wearing 38/40s. The 34s hung in the closet.
Then this spring I thought I'd better stop or reverse this bad trend, so I lost a few pounds, but I was not satisfied with my progress. I decided to do Atkins again. I was once up to 42s at my SW the first time I did Atkins. I found ADBB while searching around the web.

I started Induction 6/15 and the exercise challenges 7/1.
I've changed my habits and now I hit the gym 6 nights a week for lots of abs, stability ball, weight training, in addition to biking and running, and the strict diet.
I've tried them every couple weeks and the 34s finally fit *comfortably* today.
I'm still on my journey and it would not be the same without Dr. Atkins' DANDR book and the support of fellow ADBB members! Thank You!
